2nd Summer School at Western University of Timisoara (Romania)

Western University of Timisoara is organizing a summer school for bachelors and masters for the second time. The university offers a two-week training course / internship, which will take place on 31.08.2020 - 13.09.2020.

The following courses are presented for this period:

Design thinking - your way to innovation!
Cultural geography and cultural tourism
Proactive intervention for a better society
Tax and accounting in the digital age of the global economy
Practical cases of behaviorism in finance
Capital market risk management
Changing the way of thinking: find yourself as a social entrepreneur
Leadership competencies and the future of work
Public speaking strategies
Presentation and nonverbal communication skills
Mass media and public relations - techniques and strategies
Teamwork skills in the direction of the sociology of the city of Timisoara
Participation costs 150 euros. This includes dormitory accommodation, lunches and course materials.

Scholarship competition at the University of Transylvania Brasov (Romania)

The University of Brasov in Transylvania is announcing a competition for the Transilvania Academica Scholarship, which is designed for students from outside the European Union studying in any specialty.

The scholarship covers the tuition and living expenses in the dormitory, as well as 800 lei per month for other expenses.

The application is submitted online through the website of the University of Transylvania Brasov at the link: https://tas.unitbv.ro/.

Due to the quarantine measures taken due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, the submission of documents for the competition for academic mobility programs is temporarily suspended.

Internship in Turkey

Selçuk University is a public higher education institution founded in 1975 in Konya, Turkey. Selcuk University began its studies as part of two faculties and later developed strongly, new buildings were built, new equipment was purchased, social and cultural facilities were equipped, especially in recent years, when a new campus was organized. Today, at Selcuk University, classes are held at 22 faculties, the State Conservatory and research centers.

SELECTION CRITERIA AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

Students (study one or two semesters):

Students of 2-5 courses and graduate students;
The average score for bachelors is not lower than 75 and masters for not lower than 80;
Extract of grades, translated into English;
Language certificate (English or Turkish) - KPI certificate is accepted. Igor Sikorsky
Statement;
Consent to the processing of personal data.
Teachers (teaching for 2 weeks - 3 months):

Resume in English;
Publications and academic achievements;
List of projects (as a coordinator or participant);
Academic portfolio (including lectures, seminars, work plan in the relevant field);

During the 2020/2021 academic year, students will be paid a monthly stipend of 1650 Turkish lira (approximately 250 euros, according to the exchange rate on 20.02.2020);
