Foreign partnership

Plan to intensify international activities in 2019-2021.

International cooperation of the department is carried out in several directions:

participation in international conferences, seminars, etc .;
internship of scientists of the department abroad;
student exchanges.
As part of the partnership under the ERASMUS + program, the Department of MVPG NTUU "KPI them. Sikorsky "cooperates with many leading universities in the world, including the largest technical university in the Baltics - Riga Technical University, which was founded in 1862 and is an accredited, internationally recognized European university. RTU aims to ensure the high quality of the educational process, to conduct active research activities with the subsequent commercialization of developments and inventions, positions itself as a cornerstone of economic development of the country and the region as a whole.

The current exchange program between universities gives students the opportunity to study in selected specialties through scholarships; teachers of the department are constantly improving their skills in internship programs. Recently, within the framework of the exchange program of the teaching staff, the associate professor of the department Punchak LA visited Latvia. According to the plan of events, the teacher met with the heads of the Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management of RTU, employees of the international department, the center of innovation and technology transfer, the department of project research and others. As a result of the meetings, agreements were reached on further cooperation and deepening of research ties between the universities.

Cooperation with DAAD

fp2 Another area of international activity of the department is cooperation with DAAD - German Academic Exchange Service (http://www.daad.org.ua). In particular, with the support of DAAD, students have the opportunity to attend and do internships at such leading German universities as the Higher School of Technology, Economics and Culture (HTWK, Leipzig) and the University of Wuppertal. A mandatory element of such educational trips is a visit to one of the largest international printing exhibitions in the world - DRUPA, which is held every 4 years in Dusseldorf and is a major event in the world of media. Here are all the leading experts in the field and present new products such well-known companies as AgfaGraphics, Océ NV, MullerMartini, EIZO, Esko, Hewlett-Packard, Xeikon, FlintGroup, HeidelbergerDruckmaschinen, Manroland, Kern, PitneyBowe, Canxran, XS, NewSolution, DirectSmile, KonicaMinolta, Ricoh, MartinAutomatic, KomoriCorporation, Fujifilm, Siegwerk, Inspectron and Koenig & BauerAG.

International activity of the department

On October 28-31, 2016, Professor of the Department of MVPG, AI Sukhorukov, was on a business trip to Kazakhstan to participate in the annual III International Conference "Industrial Technologies and Engineering" ICITE-2016. The conference was held at the South Kazakhstan State University. M. Auezov and was dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Academician V. Bishimbayev.
The conference was attended by more than 120 participants from Germany, Japan, USA, Slovakia, Indonesia, Russia and other countries.
The conference addressed current issues of modern technology development, innovation management and implementation of start-up projects, environmental and environmental issues, prospects for development and competitive advantage of the country in the context of globalization, areas of intellectual potential.
As a result of meetings of prof. AI Sukhorukov and the university administration reached agreements on further cooperation and deepening of research ties between the universities.
