Applicants on the basis of full general secondary education in full-time and part-time forms of education (except for persons who have the right to enter by interview or have differences in surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, sex or citizenship of the entrant in the identity document , in the document on complete general secondary education and in the certificate of external independent assessment, or submit a foreign infection of the document on education, or submit a document on complete general secondary education issued before the introduction of photopolymer technologies for their manufacture), from 14 to 23 July inclusive in electronic form. To exercise the right to enter the entrance exams in competitive subjects in higher education and / or quota-1, quota for foreigners, in the case of submission of documents by foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in Ukraine, entrants simultaneously with the application in electronic copies (scancopies) of supporting documents are submitted in the form.

Applicants can submit up to five applications for state and regional orders and up to 30 applications for places at the expense of individuals and / or legal entities.

List of documents for personal submission of documents
The application in paper form is submitted by the entrant personally to the selection committee of KPI. Igor Sikorsky. In the application, entrants indicate the specialty, faculty (institute) with priority, form of study and other data required for registration of the entrant. The priority set by the entrant in the application for participation in the competition cannot be changed during the admission campaign.

When submitting an application in paper form, the entrant shall personally present:
identity document and extract from the state demographic register for registration of residence (in case of presenting a passport in the form of an ID card);
military ticket or certificate of registration - for conscripts;
a document on complete general secondary education and an appendix to it;
certificate (certificates) of external independent evaluation;
for those who have a rural coefficient - a certificate from Annex 13 on registration in rural areas (original);
documents confirming the entrant's right to participate in the competition based on the results of entrance exams on the basis of complete general secondary education, enrollment by interview, enrollment by quotas (if any).
To the application submitted in paper form, the entrant adds:
a copy of an identity document and an extract from the state demographic register for registration of residence (in case of submission of a passport in the form of an ID card);
a copy of the document on complete general secondary education and a copy of the appendix to it;
a copy of the certificate (certificates) of external independent evaluation (for entrants on the basis of complete general secondary education);
a copy of the registration number of the taxpayer's account card;
four color photographs measuring 3x4 cm;
a copy of the certificate from Annex 13 on registration in rural areas for those who have a rural coefficient.
Other copies of documents are submitted by the entrant, if it is caused by special conditions of enrollment in the relevant specialties established by law, within the deadlines set for acceptance of documents, but not later than the deadlines set for the Admissions Committee to recommend entrants for enrollment.

It is desirable to make photocopies of documents in advance. Notarization is not required. An employee of the selection committee of the faculty will certify copies of the submitted documents. Copies of documents without presentation of originals are not considered.
